The dishes I cook will give you an organic, healthy balanced, filling, nutritious diet. I use pink Himalayan rock salt, French salt & for seasoning or stock, I use organic vegetable bullion and homemade stock (veg/chicken/beef). Apart from that I also use ingredients that are high in biotin, galactagogues which will boost lactation for breastfeeding moms, spices that will aid metabolism & a wide variety of vegetables for your daily nutritional needs.
And of course, sources of the meat proteins and the way that the meals are prepared is Halal.
